With their limited assets, the Suns do not have many options to improve their roster. However, ATL might be open to moving Capela, who is on an expiring deal and could leave in FA for nothing. In this trade they get two SRP for the swiss center, but they have to take on Nurkic's and Okogie's contracts that have 2 years left, so I could see why they'd reject it.
