For the Nets to still stay competitive, however, trading Simmons seems like a must. Him and a 2nd for LaVine makes the most sense for both teams. This duo would more likely pair better than Young and Murray have these past couple of seasons. Because of LaVine's contract it just doesn't seem feasible that the Bulls could bargain for more draft compensation than this.
