This trade is mostly about Jae Crowder going to the 76ers and Matisse Thybulle going to the Suns.

The Korkmaz/Milton are mostly about matching salaries, and the 76ers being compensated with the 2nd round picks.

I think this trade works for both teams. 6ers get a guy they can play in crunch time around Embiid & Harden since he can shoot better than Matisse.

Suns get a guy that can bring a similar defensive skill set as Crowder but that shooting is an issue that can be solved by having Cam Johnson close out games.
