Detroit:

Wiggins seemingly has been checked out since his dad died, but the Pistons will take a flyer on him anyway. Ivey inherits the starting spot unless the Pistons want to go jumbo with Cade, Thompson, Bogie, BeefStew, and Duren (when he gets back from his ankle sprain). Andrew is 30% from 3 on half the attempts from last year. The 3 previous years he shot 38%, 39% and 40$. Even his FT% is down. This would be a good opportunity to buy low on someone that was probably the 2nd best player on a championship team 2 years ago. Wiggins SHOULD have to outplay Thompson to get the starting spot, and his lackluster play probably allows that to happen. Ja comes back on the Dec. 19th so the Grizzlies won't be competing for the lottery much longer. As long as they're worse than the Trailblazers and Hornets (which they are by a mile) they'll still be tied for having the most ping pong balls come June.

Golden State:

They need another big if they feel like they can't trust TJD. Hayes gets stuck on the bench and possibly waived if it would help with the end of year luxury/repeater tax. I would hope that Moody would get the starting nod. Podz and Kuminga's minutes grow in Andrew's absence bc they wouldn't have Andrew as a small ball 4.
