Looking for feedback, please explain your thoughts and opinions rather than just saying which team passes.

Suns - Here, the Suns would land another center on the same calibre as Jusuf Nurkic in Jonas Valanciunas for a cheaper contract. Valanciunas has fallen off when it comes to performance but it's most likely due to his fit with the Pelicans. He's still solid whatsoever and his post scoring wasn't used much during his time with the Pelicans which I think would be very handy with Book,KD and Beal who are great scoring threats. Other than that, his defense is lacking within the interior such ss rim protection but can rebound similar to Nurkic. He's currently averaging 12.2 points in 55.9 fg%, a 30.8 3pfg, 8.8 rebounds and 1.3 block. I wouldn't call him an upgrade to Nurkic due to his defense which Nurkic was better at but offensively I'd say he is better. I think he fits the Suns system and can benefit from it and the team can also benefit from his presence. Before the trade, they would be over the tax by 52M, to 50M. I'd say this is quite fair considering not only do they get a return for Nurkic but they also pick up a free agent in Tyus Jones who can be their starting PG. Tyus Jones has come off a great season averaging 7.3 assists which is an upgrade from his previous year at 5.2 assists. I think he can definitely improve on this team with great scorers such as Booker, Beal and KD. This would take off the playmaking burden of Book and allow him to focus on scoring with him no longer having to play PG. With all these scorers, Tyus may also get better when it comes to scoring as he would be overlooked. He went from 10.3 points to 12 points with better efficiency this season with his fg% going from 43.8 to 48.9 and his 3pt% from 37.1% to 41.4%. He would also be a good fit alongside Valanciunas during a pick and roll. Overall, I think this is good for the Suns as it slightly reduces their tax debt and gives them two starters which is better than nothing.

Lineup:

Starting 5: PG - Tyus Jones, SG - Bradley Beal, SF - Devin Booker, PF - Kevin Durant, C - Jonas Valanciunas

Bench: PG - Monte Morris, SG - Grayson Allen, SF - Royce O'Neale, PF - Bol Bol, C - Mason Plumlee

Knicks - With Isaiah Hartenstein leaving for OKC and Mitchell Robinson having a questionable future, the Knicks pick up Jusuf Nurkic. Recently, there has been multiple rumours of the Knicks shopping around for a center with a popular name being Walker Kessler. I don't see them getting him unless it's a high return for the Jazz as Danny Ainge seems to never be satisfied with a solid return, he always values his players very highly. This trade proposal gives them an alternative to their center problem in Jusuf Nurkic. Nurkic has come off of a great productive season averaging 11 rebounds and 1.1 block which makes up his defensive stats. Both of these are improvements from his previous season with Portland where he averaged 9.1 rebounds and 0.8 block. He has been healthy this season playing 76 games and has also improved his assists going from 2.9 to 4. However his scoring has went down from 13.3 points to 10.9 and a big decrease in 3pt% from 36.1 to 24.4. On the bright side, he won't be needed to score on this Knicks team as it contains many scorers in Brunson, Bridges, Randle, Divincenzo and Anunoby. I think Nurkic could definitely fit with this team and fill in the role of Isaiah Hartenstein. As for the signing. I brought in Danilo Gallinari, a former vet who was previously with the team during his rookie years. With this addition, the bench unit would be complete which would be strong. I'm not entirely sure who will be played but even a bench lineup of Cam Payne, Divincenzo, Hart, Galinari and possibly Jericho Sims could be crazy. They also have Keita Bates-Diop in case he's not available. I think he would fit with this team as a player that can shoot and space the floor. However this would put them over the tax by $2.3M but this is the reason why the players are taking pay cuts as they want to win by adding more pieces to the roster. I think this could be the missing piece and could get them far this season.

Lineup:

Starting 5: PG - Jalen Brunson, SG - Mikal Bridges, SF - OG Anunoby, PF - Julius Randle, C - Jusuf Nurkic

Bench: PG - Cam Payne, SG - Donte Divincenzo, SF - Josh Hart, PF - Danilo Gallinari, C - Jericho Sims

Wizards - There's not much to really say here, they get younger, find a replacement PG for Tyus Jones in Miles McBride and pick up Mitchell Robinson in exchange for their latest signing Valanciunas. There's two routes that can happen here, either they get a better chance at tanking with an injured player or Mitchell Robinson gets better. Other than this, they get their first round pick back along with their second round picks. I'd call this a good return for them as either way they aren't looking to win because they are rebuilding and they get a solid return for someone they signed through free agency. They still have vets that can mentor the young players in Richaun Holmes, Malcolm Brogdon and even Kuzma who can pass down their knowledge. They get the least value in this trade in terms of players but they get an opportunity to experiment and find players to build off on if their development is successful and experiment with a young lineup.

Lineup:

Starting 5: PG - Malcolm Brogdon or Carlton Carrington, SG - Jordan Poole, SF - Kyle Kuzma, PF - Alexandre Sarr, C - Marvin Bagley III or Mitchell Robinson

Bench: PG - Miles McBride, SG - Johnny Davis, SF - Bilal Coulibaly, PF - Corey Kispert, C - Richaun Holmes

If you read all this, I appreciate you but remember to leave feedback even your disagreements. Just remember to back it up as I want to see other opinions pr thoughts that I may of not considered that affect this trade especially if you follow these teams. Thank you!
