THE FRAMEWORK WAS THERE! The trade should’ve been similar to the one the Clippers recently made - x2 All-Star D. Garland (26) straight up for J. Harden (36). Kawhi is better but he’s still 35 YEARS OLD!

The ABSOLUTE most they should have given up is B. Ingram, G. Dick and a 1st for a non suspended Kawhi.

INSTEAD, they gave up a 1st, 2nd, 2nd, Swap MORE and now have to deal with possible suspension or the trade being vetoed and potentially, awkwardly, welcoming back Gradey and BI.

Raptors fans are happy Kawhi is back because he’s our guy that won us our 1 and only championship; he’s forever a Raptor Legend, but the buck stops there.
