The heat need to decide between going for it now with Jimmy Butler or keeping all their young pieces. If they wanted to continue to go for it with Butler, I believe this move would make them better. This improves their defense and gives them a great 2nd and maybe primary creator.

The Magic desperately need shooting and they get that while also staying young.
