Probably a better fit for both teams. I would start Trent (3-point shoot, steal) next to Young, Platoon Poeltl and Okongwu, and Schroeder gives Hawks back up PG upgrade/fit for Young, and gives scoring punch as a hybrid guard that can penetrate and get hot from three.

Murray gives Raptors top-level PG to form a stellar 4-guard rotation with Barrett, Quickley, and Brown, and they get a solid center with lob and rebounding presence in Capela, plus a steady back back-up SF in Bey (with very good contract value).

Again, just a better fit for both teams, and works money-wise, while avoiding trade restrictions. All players from both teams fits better for the other team. I think it's a win-win, even though the Raptors get an all-star level talent in Murray.

Example:

Pairing someone with Young, who needs the ball to be at his best (Trent doesn't need the ball to be most effective (he's a shooter/defender), Murray does, as he's a playmaker first, scorer second).

Poeltl does things Capela doesn't do as well (e.g., post-defender, offensive rebounder), and Capela does things that Poeltl doesn't do as well (defensive boards, lob presence for Murray).
