The Blazers defense would be awesome, even with Dame. They're slightly lacking on star power, but if Dame can be who he is, Grant could be a second option on the offense and not have to take on that much of a load unlike in Detroit.
The Pacers are giving up two core pieces of their team, but they get a great scorer who proved that he could be a first option on an awful team, having great shooting splits (49/40/89). They also get two PFs in Rui Hachimura and Naasir Little.
The Wizards, presumably resigning Beal, get a great counterpart in Brogdon who can do a bit of everything.
The Pistons get what is likely to be a mid-lottery pick for Grant and caps his reign by making a huge profit.
