Raptors:
Raptors can use more shooting, and RJ Barrett is on the block. So they should use his contract and do a straight swap for Tyler Herro while his value is dropping. Herro is a great shooter, and can also handle the ball and create his own shot, another scoring option and ball handler for the Raptors to use
Bulls:
I feel bad for the Bulls, but I can’t really find any team who will be willing to give any form of first round pick for Coby White. Not that he isn't worth it, it's because of his contract. He is bound to get 25+M per year starting next year, many teams that need him already have massive paybook, they cannot afford a Coby White extension. They will also not be able to give Coby a big contract due to the contract rules of the league, when he hits UFA teams can outbid and take him away for free. With such a risky situation, teams definitely aren’t looking to give up much. Bulls on the other hand don’t really have a use for White already, they want to tank, they don’t want to lose Coby White for nothing, so in this trade they replace him with Barrett, giving them a better scorer on the wings, Giddey will now officially be the franchise guy (and if you think this is unrealistic for the Bulls, just remember that Bulls are known for confusing trades and you will think that this is realistic :))
Heat:
Norman Powell has been fantastic, while Herro has not been the best this season. I do think Herro does not have that big of an impact on this team anymore, and should be placed on the block. Davion Mitchell is good, but I just think the PG position can be improved, so here they get Coby White. As I said above, getting Coby White is a risk, but Miami have nothing to lose trading Herro tbh, he is not a vital piece anymore, if the trade didn't work its still a trade that can get them off committing to Herro long term
