Hello everyone! it has been some time since I am posting here. For the OGs, I will probably only be here every deadline and draft from now on as life's been more busy as I grow (no more quarantine grind lol)
I'll be honest I basically don't watch full NBA games live nowadays already, but I still keep checking out NBA-related content daily. I also did not check out any mock trades from fanspo for the whole season too so these 11 trades are all originally out of my mind. They definitely aren't perfect so I really need your thoughts on it, please don't hesitate to drop me a comment
We are all living in an AI world nowadays, so I have to fill in this AI declaration form just like all my university assignments: No AI is used in producing all these trades. It took a lot of time to type all the descriptions and I would much appreciate it if you can go give it a look and leave a like
One last thing, beside the trades, I also have some extra thoughts on particular players and teams down below in this post, go check it out if you want to!

Players hot on the trade rumours that I don’t think will end up being traded:
Karl-Anthony Towns: Knicks do have their problems, but it’s not worth moving KAT immediately for that. Moving a star when the team isn’t horribly off expectation is way too risky, they should just focus in improving the supporting cast
Giannis Antetokounmpo: Confirmed that he will leave, just feels like it will be an offseason move more than a deadline move
Khris Middleton: Wizards do can make a trade eating in future salary for picks, but I would like them to keep more cap space for next season instead, as with Trae Young they do have a shot to be a playoff team
Jimmy Butler: Jimmy still proves he’s a winning piece, with the ACL injury his value must’ve fell off a cliff, think we should hold onto him and wait for next year (as we aren’t doing anything in the playoff anyways), unless its for matching salary for Giannis
Anthony Davis: This man is way too injury prone, no one actually wants him for sure
Naji Marshall: On such a friendly contract, Marshall will be a very valuable piece to have next season when the Mavs are back competing (if there are no injuries), therefore they should hold onto him
Ja Morant: Morant is the type of guy you have to construct a roster around, no winning teams are willing to do that and no rebuilding teams are looking for him as the franchise guy, so he’ll most likely stay
Domantas Sabonis: Weird fit on most teams, hard to find a trade for him (maybe the Raptors but the Poeltl contract is fr nasty)
Teams' new look after multiple proposed selling trades:
Bulls:
Starters: Josh Giddey, Klay Thompson, RJ Barrett, Matas Buzelis, Nicola Vucevic
Bench: Tre Jones, Ayo Dosunmu, JaKobe Walter, Dalen Terry, Noa Essengue, Julian Philips, Patrick Williams, Jonathan Isaac, Jalen Smith, Daniel Gafford
There is absolutely no point to make the play-in for the Bulls, they don't have a bona fide franchise guy yet, and that should come from tanking the gaff and hope for a top pick. It won't be a quick process so Bulls can comfortably take in so many bad contract for more future firsts
Nets:
Starters: Egor Demin, Cam Thomas, Caris Levert, Noah Clowney, Nic Claxton
Bench: Anfernee Simons, Nolan Traore, Ben Saraf, Pacome Dadiet, Drake Powell, Tyrese Martin, Jalen Wilson, Jarred Vanderbilt, Danny Wolf, DayRon Sharpe
Waive: Xavier Tillman, Kelly Olynyk
All the 24+ years old can basically all go, just assemble the youngest group ever and play on vibes for this year. Their pick hall is a thing of beauty btw
Kings:
Starters: Russell Westbrook, Malik Monk, Johnathan Kuminga, Keegan Murray, Domantas Sabonis
Bench: Rob Dillingham, Devin Carter, Nique Clifford, Dalton Knecht, Kyle Kuzma, Dean Wade, Precious Achiuwa, Maxime Raynaud, Dylan Cardwell
Waive: Doug McDermott, Drew Eubanks, Mike Conley, Dario Saric, Maxi Kleber
Another absolutely hopeless team, an absolute mess of players right now. Just like the Bulls, tanking the gaff for top picks and hope for franchise player is the move. Slightly different from the Bulls, they will get couple of low floor high ceiling guys in, guys that are struggling in playoffs team. Hope to give them all a new scenario and hoop their ass off
Teams that I did not made a single trade for:
Indiana Pacers: They will only stink for 1 season, no need to do any selling move as all are key contributors in a season that they reached the Finals. Obviously not doing any buying moves to the tank too. Pacers probably don’t want to pay Mathurin but I think a sign & trade in the offseason makes more sense, give him half more season to prove how much he’s worth
OKC Thunder: Ofc they aren’t as good as last year but I just don’t know their weakness and who can improve them
Denver Nuggets: When they are full healthy they are still legit contender, so no moves for them. Expecting a salary shredding move the upcoming offseason as they have to pay Peyton Watson
Portland Trail Blazers: They are suddenly on the rise and are likely to make the play-in, good start for them as they welcome Dame back next year, but this is still not the year to make a winning push, the West is way too stacked and their lottery protected pick is at the hands of the Bulls, so just let the season play out
