SAS: has big extensions coming up (starting w/ Wemby max) needs to get off Fox's contract, which allows DHarper to move into starting role. FVV on expiring deal is great fit (humility) to not disrupt team chemistry as the (well-paid) backup floor general. DFS makes $$ work, don't love his contract, but quality 3/D especially if HBarnes walks.

HOU: needed obvious pg upgrade in speed/scoring which Fox provides (don't think declining FVV gonna cut it). Run it back one time KD experiment then move on (or darkhorse possibly try to trade KD for Tatum if BOS flames out).
