First you trade for Deandre Ayton. He can help punish switching defenses by punishing mismatches in a way that Clint or JC are unable to. You might have to add a 1st but this is a package that the Suns would accept assuming that they don't want to max him. Shamet also is just Salary filler that makes the suns more open to trading Ayton. This also could lead to a 2nd round game 7 exit for the hawks but im not gonna be supersticious lol.
Next you trade Collins to Portland for pick #7 and Josh Hart. This is a long-term plan type of trade but it seems logical to me. For Portland you add another top 60 player that keeps Dame happy and still get pick #16 (mainly because of Stephien rule but it also makes it harder for Portland to decline)
With pick #7 you either take Shaedon Sharpe or Dyson Daniels. Both of these players need development and likely won't be contributors in their rookie year. Both could be ball handlers that pair well with Trae. Sharpe has Star potential while Daniels has a floor of good defense and playmaking. Also forget this trade if its possible to trade for #4 with a package centered around Collins
With the OKC trade they clear up roster spots while also getting a 1st round pick. I would also include the rights Vasilije Micic to the hawks who would be a good backup PG if he decides to come to America. Idk if Kenrich Williams is a starter but I just figure he could be a worser Grant Williams/PJ Tucker archetype of PF. I might be wrong about this cause I don't watch thunder games lol. Jalen Johnson also is the longterm PF if he pans out but I wouldn't be comfortable putting him in a starting role when he spent most of his time in the G league last season.
Forgot about Bogdanovic but he could also be flipped to a team like the spurs or pistons for a pick. Maybe a Jerami Grant trade but that may not be realistic.
