For the Heat, this is all about competing in the short term. They get an elite facilitator and still keep all of their pieces that will keep them competitive in a weak East. Bam and Trae will be FIRE. They will need to find a backup Center or starting PF, but otherwise, this team competes.

For the Hawks, they add Ware and Jaquez to their young core in Daniels, Risacher, and Jalen Johnson, and they also save 35m next year with the two expiring contracts. I would also try and trade Porzingis and Okongwu, in this scenario, and go into next offseason able to give 2 max contracts.
