Hawks trade Kennard and a couple of seconds for Tre Jones, who is a solid backup point guard with a good contract. The Hawks can use Jones to make the offense even better, especially off the bench.

The Bulls take on Kennard's expiring contract and do whatever with it, but they get some assets and that's the bigger part of this deal. The Bulls gain more flexibility.
