Hawks get Anthony Davis, who they are very interested in getting. The Hawks give up the rumored players and assets that Dallas wants in expiring contracts: Kristaps Porzingis and Luke Kennard. They also get Zaccharie Risacher and some picks which the Mavericks also require in a deal for Davis.

The Bucks look for more star power to surround Giannis with so they get Trae Young for cheap. Rumors say the Hawks are interested in trading Trae more than ever and that it is is expected for a trade. The Bucks here are able to get off of Kyle Kuzma's contract (traded to Nets), but they would have to give up Bobby Portis and Cole Anthony to Atlanta.

The Nets take on bad contracts but receive a little bit of draft capital. The Nets trade Nic Claxton to the Hawks which gives Atlanta a solid rebounder and defender at center which the Hawks need.

The Hawks get good depth along with Anthony Davis, to make the team much better in their struggling areas: rebounding and defense.

I don't think the teams involved will get much worse or better so it seems fair. Who says no?
