Miami is trading away rotation players for players they’ll need. Yes they do give out two first rounder but for what the get it’s a win. Miami also gets more money next year to hopefully keep them out of the luxury tax.
Detroit is trading away a center they don’t need and a forward that they won’t necessarily miss. But in return they get a young promising forward, a cheaper center, a great shooter, and a pick.
The Suns is getting Duncans contract which may seem as an L. But they are also getting a great replacement for Jae Crowder (who they may buy out if they don’t trade him) Caleb is also on a 3 year deal so that isn’t bad at all. They would also get a first for taking on Duncans contract.
