Is this deal a compromise both teams could agree to?

The Jazz are seeking to consolidate from 17 to 15 guarunteed roster spots before the start of the season. They are also looking to move their remaining veterans for the best draft capital they can acquire. Bogdanovic Clarkson and Beasley are probably their 3 most valuable players due to their current contracts (bogdanovic and Beasley are expiring deals and Clarkson has a cheap player option he could decline next year.)

The Lakers are seeking to maintain cap flexibility while improving their roster the best they can. The Jazz can offer players on better contracts than the pacers. Buddy Hield had a large guarunteed contract next year and would be difficult to move with limited draft picks to a team in a salary dump if they wanted to keep cap space for kyrie next year. I think this is why this move makes the most sense for the Lakers.

If the Lakers budge a little and are willing to trade 1 pick and 1 swap, is this enough for the Jazz to pull the trigger?
