Not really sure what each team would think here, but this would happen where Spurs really want to make a playoff push and Raptors want to gather some more assets to fit the Barnes timeline better. Knicks make this move not necssarily because Randle is having a poor season, but because the teams best lineup does not include him(being brunson, donte, Mikal, Og, and Mitch/would be Poetl).

Quick breadown for each team

Spurs: Collins kind sucks(but can space the floor which is important). Sochan would suck to give up but since you are getting Randle in this trade Sochan would be relegated to the bench anyway and if he still hasn't developed a shot he may not be a good enough fit next to Wemby. 2 firsts are a small quantity compared to the haul they have(if you insist on adding light protections or throwing in an extra pick feel free, I think maybe 2-3 seconds to the knicks would also make sense)

Raptors: Poetl doesn't really fit the team or timeline right now(28 with Barnes only 23 is not bad but not like Poetl is great) and hes a complete non floor spacer which would really benefit the Raptors with guys like Scottie and Rj who can shoot the three but probably excel more slashing to the rim. Collins is a pretty shit defensive center but can space the floor, and throwing in 2 firsts may be overkill(if it is add one to the Knicks, if you think Poetl is worth more you may be crazy especially since those are likely decent picks)

Knicks: Poetl is basically the iHart replacement. Drop coverage center who is a very good rebounder, great rim protector, and solid passer(his and iHarts raw stats are scarily similar tbh). Sochan is far from a throw in here as well. Though his offensive game has not come along he has been a very good defender and was top 10 in iso defenses last year. In a much more reserved role he would be great coming off the bench at the wing spot behind Mikal and Og. With his physical attributes and solid passing he may be able to make an impact at small ball 5 as well.

Note: I think the Knicks lose here, Randle is far better than Poetl and Sochan, but I think the fit and the ability to now play Donte, Mikal, and Og together more often makes this a really interesting scenario if the Knicks arent able to replicate what they were doing in January when the team was healthy.
