There's no way this happens but I think this is the only trade that is semi-feasible (I'm using that term loosely) that would make Knicks a contender. There's been no signs that the Suns want to move Booker or that he wants to move but it's not going to plan there and KD and Beal are only getting older. The Suns have no picks or players to move to make this team better and it's not looking good. Could the new Suns FO decide to cash in and rebuild?

Knicks: The Knicks would get their star in Booker and an offensive juggernaut who spaces the floor and makes them truly elite. Booker also has size and is a solid defender who's grown a lot. The Knicks pretty much empty their draft pick chest and give up Mitch and Grimes to do this and it still is probably not enough. They also get Gordon who can run the second unit and give it the creation is desperately needs since trading away IQ. They also get Drummond to fill out the center rotation since they're trading away Mitch and he can provide a more consistent presence as the backup center. I love Mitch but Hartenstein has looked incredible and can just do so much more on offense than him. I would rather go with Hartenstein as our starting center and Drummond is a consistent rebounder.

Suns: The Suns get Mitch and Grimes who are two solid young players on cheap contracts (Mitch's is descending as a bonus). Fournier is here for the salary but perhaps he could be flipped if they wanted to try and still compete this season. They get a whopping 7 unprotected FRPs from the Knicks and 2 of their protected FRPs as well. Given Booker's age and production though, it still may not be enough.

Bulls: The Bulls have looked better but should still be in asset collection mode. They get a couple of FRPs for Drummond who may not be with the team next year anyways since his contract is expiring.
