Rant about the Luka rumor (PLEASE READ)

When a rumor or report comes out that a team is interested in a certain player, IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY WILL GET THAT PLAYER!!! I am sure all of you are interested in a massive mansion. Guess what, if you don't have the money to purchase it, YOU CANNOT GET IT! The Lakers have nowhere NEAR the assets to even discuss a trade with the Mavs. Austin Reaves is not Kobe, Laker fans. He is Austin Tyler Reaves and Dallas will not trade Luka for Reaves.

Luka is happy in Dallas as they just made the Finals and could have won if they hit their threes. Now they added arguably the second greatest shooter in NBA history to help the shooting. Luka now has a great SG in the backcourt, an elite shooter, a guy who could stretch the floor as a four, and two great lob threats/rim protecters. They added Naji Marshall and Quentin Grimes too. They are a top three team in the Western Conference contending for a title, so why would Luka want to get traded?

Rob Pelinka has been chasing him the last 2 years, because he was a good fit next to AD because hes lenght, rim protection and rebounding abilities, but now with Luka is a PERFECT fit, he can be a lob threat, elite rim-protection, good IQ in offense and good/elite rebounder. Also he can switch a little bit in defense.

LAKERS LAND KCP. KCP is playing bad in Orlando and has not fit good in the team. With his contract and his age, could be a good option for Orlando to move him for 2 expiring contracts like Gabe and Kleber who can impact in the game too.
