Jazz Kings Mavericks Pelicans

Bulls Wizards Nets Pacers

These teams are almost all but out of playoff contention at this point and I don’t think there’s any argument to have anyone else here

Tier 5 playin losers/11 seeds

Grizzlies Trailblazers Clippers

Bucks Hawks Heat

These teams have a playin ceiling imo all except maybe Miami

Tier 4 playin winners

Suns and Warriors

Hornets and Magic

These teams are good enough to make a playin spot but won’t be able to beat a top 2 team in there division round 1

Tier 3 round 2 ceiling

Lakers and Rockets

Raptors and Sixers

I think that these teams are good not great in the grand scheme of things and even though they aren’t here Charlotte also has a potential round 2 ceiling as well

Tier 2 one move away

Timberwolves

Cavaliers and Pistons

These teams have had success or are successful this year but I feel they will come up just a bit short in comparison to the other teams

Tier 1 the true contenders

5 Spurs quite simply I trust the other two teams in the east slightly more but San Antonio might just be a year away

4 Celtics this really comes down to whether or now Tatum comes back healthy and how much better he makes them whether they are safe here or could be higher

3 nuggets they are so good I just think they fall as short as possible without making it

2 Knicks I’m rolling with my OG easy winners pick but I still don’t think they can win it all I think they have everything they need to win but the west I believe will take it in the end

1 Thunder I’m rolling with the champs I can’t not take them or anyone from the west and feel good about it I personally think they are the most complete top to bottom team in the league and it will be the decider
