Why Spurs do this?

From the spurs POV they are able to add one more draft pick to their side and get a nice package instead of leting demar walk away and Kuzmas most ideal destination can be San Antonio due to his fit in the squad and Montrezl Harrell can be a sixth man for the spurs.

Why Dallas do this?

With Richardson being on a expiring contract they would love to move away from him to get a player of the same caliber 3 and d guard and KCP is a nice option for Dallas with a complimentary future srp aswell.

Why Lakers do this?

Lakers will need the services of another star with alot of teams becoming superteams and would be delighted to have Demar Derozan in the roster and he expressed his love for the city and passion to play for Lakers making him the right guy to go after.With Lakers shopping KCP heavily Josh Richardson can be a great option with his size and length can be a fantastic addition to lakers defense.
