Jazz do the deal to open up minutes for Flip, Juzang, and Sensabaugh who are either struggling to get minutes or completely out the rotation. Sexton and Collins are playing really good and have done what asked of them. John Collins has came out and said he wants be a starter but still have kept a positive attitude. Moving them to a contender would be doing right by them and due to their contracts you’re not going get multiple picks for them.

Lakers need a backup big n also need someone who can play switch coverage and play alongside AD. John is not perfect but he shots just as good as Rue but he’s a way better rebounder n helps to balance the roster. Sexton gives the lakers their athleticism in the backcourt similar to Gabe but the upside scoring that Dlo provides. This not the perfect fit for the lakers but it only cost them one first and I think it could make them significantly better due to just fit. With Redick only want do a 9 man rotation once Vando come back someone could be out rotation that should be in it. You might want look at getting a backup guard or giving quincy olivari roster spot if you feel he’s ready and you still have JHS Vando or Max combine contract plus another first if u feel ur missing some else like high level scorer off the bench.
