The 2023 Lakers will have a starting lineup of D-Lo, Reaves, Hachimura, AD and Ayton. They can also bring back young talents like Vanderbilt, Max Christie, Mo Bamba, Malik Beasley, Lonnie Walker and Wenyen Gabriel to fill out the young roster which has a ton of upside. Fire Darvin Ham and hire Quin Snyder allow him to rebuild and develop this team the way he took the young Jazz team from 25 wins to 60 wins once they acquired Donovan Mitchell. Lakers are one all star shooting guard away from being a contender with this roster and guess who is a free agent in summer 2024 ??? If Jaylen Brown gets added to this team summer 24 you might be looking at a top 3 contender out West. D-Lo, Brown, Hachimura, AD and Ayton is a tremendous starting group with AD the old man at 31 years old. Young and competitive.

For the Phoenix Suns they are going all in to win right now with old guys in 2024 and win multiple championships. A starting lineup of CP3, Booker, LeBron, KD ,Biyombo that is an ALL TIME starting lineup almost as good as the Golden State Warriors in 2017. Suns might win the title in 2024 and 2025 before LeBron leaves to play with his son he goes to whatever team drafts Bronny in 2025. But Lebron retired with 6 Rings to tie Michael Jordan and become officially the GOAT. He will have won titles for Miami, Cleveland, Los Angeles and Phoenix that is 4 franchises no one will ever do that again he might even get FMVP on 4 different franchises.

This trade helps BOTH teams now and in the future and it should be made this summer even if the Suns win the title this season (probably won't happen) they get that much better adding LeBron James.
