Magic possibly do the deal because they have under performed this year only .5 game out the 9th seed and already over first apron team for next year with a lot long term money on the books this trade allow the Magic to free up cap space and add another shooter in Rui and take a flyer on Dalton Knect. And when the team is fully healthy AB is a 6th man and could want be a starter and paid like a starter (also have same agent as Luka) I don’t think they do it but this is the shocking move I see the lakers making
