This trade sees the Lakers landing a good SF and C they give up a good amount of assets to go out and get Johnson however Maxi and Rui will likely be expiring contracts that won't get renewed and are just to make up the cap space for the Turner signing also feel like Turner would except this contract because it's player friendly and he fits well into the system

For the nets they get some expiring contracts that will free up even more money next off-season as well as trade Cam Johnson obviously they love Cam but he wouldn't be part of a long term rebuild however Knecht and that unprotected first could be very helpful for the nets long term and maybe they end up renewing Rui on a team friendly deal
