Reasoning:

Lakers - We all know LA needs defensive players and there’s not many better than Tari Eason, he would fit right in and is on the Luka timeline. Only concern would be that he’s a free agent end of the season so LA would have to offer a good contract.

Rockets - with Fred being out the rockets need a proper PG. Scotty is a cheap and reliable guard who had a good season with the grizzlies last season. He would definitely help the Rockets out with playmaking. The Rockets also receive a FRP From LA for Tari.

Grizzlies - The Grizzlies have little need now for scotty since they have Ty and Ja at the 1. This package gives them some draft capital and a young guy who has shown potential to be a great 3 point shooter. Daltons value is low but maybe the Grizzlies take a chance on the potential.
