If JJ can convince him to do what it takes to get down hill and stop settling for mid-range bricks then the Lakers will start winning again. The solution is to simply upgrade the personal. The Lakers have key weaknesses we all know. Give JJ the right pieces and it will work. Get Lebron to rest, and he will become more effective.
