Bulls fans let me know what you’ll think (please be respectful), as i always say im a lakers Fan so im doing this to see what other teams value their players and to see if what i posted make sense from the other team side.

Why the do the trade:

-Lakers do the trade to get their defense players. Williams profile as 3&D wing who can defend 3s-4s. Shot over 40% twice from 3s. Not viewed as high level scorer but potential is there. Right now on long term deal at 18 and seen as negative asset. Definitely is a gamble but very high upside. Not going say a lot Ayo (seeing a lot lakers already want him) he’s high level bench guard (becomes your 6th man) who can really defend. Lakers would have give up a 2nd because I think the bulls are giving up in total the more talent

-Bulls do this trade to have max cap space next year and get off Williams contract while picking up young player and a solid role player they could look flip at the deadline for more assets Ayo is probably the piece they would like to keep but I think they would be willing to move. Knect still on his rookie contract is big plus and has showed signs of being high level scorer, worth the gamble with his contract so cheap right now.
