LAKERS

Their problem is the depth of the team isnt good enough thanks to Russ massive contract. Having 30mil ish cap space next season too wont help them much with roster building. This trade will solve their depth issue problem.

  1. Fred VanVleet, a good defensive PG with some playmaking and shooting ability, great fit for Bron and Eddy. An upgrade from Bev offensively and Lakers might not be able to sign Bev for VM next season.

  2. Gary Trent Jr., a sharpshooter that could drop 30 at any given night, another great fit for Bron and Eddy. An upgrade from Lonnie and Lakers might not be able to give Lonnie the bag he deserve next season. They will lose him just like they lose Monk.

  3. Kelly Oubre Jr., a wing that the Lakers need with great on ball defense and could be a streaky shooter at some night. Lakers will be able to extend him with bird rights next season.

  4. Daniel Theis, a nice backup centre for the Lakers since TB might leave next season. TB is still 25 and he deserve more than a minimum contract. Lakers might not be able to give him an extension with limited cap space.

  5. Cam Reddish, another wing the Lakers could use and still have so many potential. Lakers will be able to extend him since he is a RFA like Reaves.

SG : GTJ // Lonnie // Christie

SF : Oubre // Reddish // Troy

PF : Bron // Gabriel // JTA

C : Eddy // TB // Theis // Jones

Expect guys like Schroder, Lonnie, Troy, Gabriel, JTA, and TB leave next season if they have better offer elsewhere. Then this is how the Lakers gonna look next season

RAPTORS

They need an elite bigman and the idea of Turner and Siakam in their frontcourt is just what they might need to be a better team. GTJ might decline his PO and go elsewhere to a team that offer him more next season.

STARTING LINEUP Barnes - Rozier - OG - Siakam - Turner

Let Barnes be the point forward and share the ball handling job with Rozier. Or at least thats the idea. Raptors fans let me know ur thoughts in the comments.

HORNETS

They have no reason to do this except for a shorter contract of Hield compared to Rozier. But i believe Hield is a better fit for Lamelo than Rozier here. And having Bev on the team too means they will have a veteran guy that will teach them how to win and how to get into the playoff next season.
