I know, I know this looks crazy and it is. I've never done a 4 team trade and this one didn't start out that way. But like many real trades when there are multiple going on at one time sometimes teams work together to make the nuts and bolts work.

The Knicks want shooting and defense. They get Ross and Bamba. They also are rumored to be willing to give up 3 first (they have plenty) for OG. They also pick up a 2nd rounder from the Bulls.

The Bulls want to take a flyer on Reddish and move off the always injured Lonzo for a player that will contribute. Fournier gives them good shooting, a bit of defense and a great familiarity with their big man Vooch. Plus they get two first out of it.

The Raptors are hitting reset. Harris, Okeke and Hampton can all be dropped if they want after this year. They also get 3 first round picks and young guard in Suggs with great defensive potential.

The Magic want a quality back up big, a starting SG that can shoot the 3 and defend and they don't mind hurt player with mysterious illness. They hate to give up Suggs but Caruso at this stage is better and much more experienced. Hartenstein makes sense and they almost signed him last offseason. Gary trent Jr. is trading one gary for another but this one seems to work. Ball is an x factor and one they are willing to wait on. And why Hernangomez?... Because Bo Cruz and Hass belong on the same team!
