Pelicans:

Get picks to use in trades. I believe Pelicans are going to have the assets to buy a large summer either this summer or next to get a superstar. (I really think they'll go after Trae Young soon). This sweetens the pot in order to aquire picks to give ALONG with their young players, (along with cap space in the summer to be able to take back a superstar's salary in a trade)

Mavericks:

DESPERATELY need size and length. I'm a mavs fan and love timmy and what he's done this season but PJ and Herb to fill our 3 and 4 slots would raise our ceiling so much. herb is an excellent defender and offball player and PJ is a great scoring and slashing forward that can stretch the floor (along with bringing PJ back home to DFW)

Hornets:

Add physicality to their team and a great teammate to a team that lacks maturity and locker room precense. Not too mention, Grant fits their timeline as he's only 24, along with a couple seconds as it is a slight risk (Grant is having a down year)

76ers:

Tim is currently the front runner for winning the 6th man of the year award and is an excellent volume shooter (18ppg on 37% from three is elite for a volume difficult shot taker). With the playmaking they have on this team and the different scoring threats they have, Tim is a PERFECT fit and attracts lots of gravitation, making the sixers offense impossible to guard and completing their team
