The Final Field is Set: Now that the NCAA withdrawal deadline has passed and the Combine is in the books, the 2026 draft pool is officially locked in.

Combine Shakeups: Verified measurements and athletic testing from Chicago caused a major shakeup.

The Only Trade: I included just one trade in this mock. The Oklahoma City Thunder send picks #12 and #17 to the Milwaukee Bucks to move up and grab #10.

Team Fits: Acted as GM for every team, balancing the best player available (BPA) with actual roster needs now that the talent pool has thinned out.

I’d love to get some feedback on this! Let me know your thoughts in the comments—did your team win the draft, did OKC overpay for #10, or did I reach too high on someone?
