Wanted to talk through some of my thoughts on a couple of prospects who have moved up or down most people's big boards this last week or two.

Zaccharie Risacher: moved down, but I mean...

Since March, Risacher's been playing pretty bad, and it seems like he's fallen from a once-potential-first-pick, to a likely top three pick, to now as low as maybe late lottery. I definitely understand why people have lost interest, but the MANNER in which they lost interest kinda bugs me. Even through the rough stretch, he's not a fundamentally different prospect from who he was in February. He's just not shooting as well, not being as productive. But the same player is there. If you're certain he's a late lottery guy now, I don't really see why you'd have viewed him as a potential top 3 pick earlier.

Kinda reminds me of Jabari Smith at Auburn. He ended his college career with a rough game, but it was... exactly his game. Nothing changed, other than his "goodness," really. Didn't make shots, wasn't productive, but was the same prospect. Similar with Risacher. If that's enough for you to send a guy ten spots down the rankings, maybe you shouldn't have had him that high to begin with. Just my thinking, personally. Not saying opinions can't change! Just saying I don't really understand some people's mindset with these kinds of prospects.

Ignite boyz up: LOVE this development, especially for Ron Holland

Matas Buzelis and Ron Holland have moved up a TON in recent draft media, and I think it's well worth it. I think they both have really exciting skillsets and qualities. Holland especially, I think he's been a clearly awesome prospect for a while, it was just about getting people to look over the lows and see the potential highs. Tyler Smith also appears to approaching a consensus lottery pick! I don't know how I feel about that just yet, but I can see it. It's definitely within reasonability.

Donovan Clingan: he's cool, but what's the vision?

I like Donovan Clingan! I think he's had the weirdest mock draft positions out of any prospect when you look all across the internet. I'm interested in what people's vision are for him, though. I've seen him ranked REALLY high on people's big boards, several placing him in the top 3 in fact, and it's not that I'm super hating on that opinion, but I am curious about how people view his game and what he offers. I don't personally have him in my top 5, but he's hanging around my top 10 as a kind of high-floor, but also sneaky upside kinda guy? Like I said, I dunno. Just curious.
