Background:
Growing up in Chattanooga and spending his freshman year there, Bailey would move to suburban Atlanta, where in his senior year, he won Mr. Georgia Basketball and earned a trip to the McDonald’s All-American game. From there, he committed to Rutgers, teaming up with fellow top 5 pick Dylan Harper. Bailey would earn Third-Team All Big 10, however, he and Harper both become the first projected top 5 pick to miss the NCAA tournament since Markelle Fultz.
Pros:
Can hit from anywhere on the floor

Elite athlete
Versatile
High energy
Gives effort
Good defender
Agile
Cons:
Inconsistent shooter
Bad shot creator
Bad ball handler, vulnerable to steals
Not an accurate passer
Not a good at rim finisher
Needs to add to his frame
Summary:
Bailey is a great shooter and elite athlete, but needs to add more to his frame and improve his handles and passing. His ceiling is an All-Star and borderline All-NBA talent, while his floor is a sharpshooter off the bench.
