The Raptors here move up to the #2 to draft Evan Mobley who's a generational big type of talent.. a guy who can become the future best center, and I believe who will become a top 10 player and maybe borderline top 5 at his peak. He'd provide the defense we need, being an amazing pick n roll defender, can switch.. and has amazing shotblocking ability, with good defensive awareness inside. He would complete the raptors defensive system for the future years especially as we rely on rim protection. Not only that, but in our PnR type of offense, his mobility, handle for his size, and finishing touch.. he'd also show value on the offensive end. He is a great post game, very effecient, amazing back to the basket, with potential as a shooter as he has great shot mechanics as well, so a stretch 5, DPOY, one of the best scoring bigs, and pretty good playmaker as well.. this trade is worth it. We also get Kelly Olynyk, who we can use as our backup type of big, or use him in future trades as an asset. The rockets get a guy like Vanvleet and Hood who can inflate their values in houston and then be used as trade assetts for more picks and young guys. They also get the #4 pick where they may want to go with a guy like Jalen Suggs as their future pg. getting two more FRPs, and SRPs are also good for their rebuild. But the raptors should know, none of what they're giving up will ever be half as good as Evan Mobley. A FUTURE TOP 10 PLAYER IN THE GAME.
