Why Toronto Does This:

It looks like they are going to flip Bruce Brown to a contender. They have to take on Fournier who is a negative asset, but he is expiring. However they get Q Grimes who is a young guy with a little bit of potential left and another first this year.

Why New York Does This:

They lost bench production when trading for OG so they get that guy to be a spark plug 6 man back. Bruce Brown could even start for them if needed, however I feel he is best coming off the bench. Additionally their pick is lottery protected just incase they fall off a cliff.
