This is a bit of an everyone loses scenario.
Raps take on a big contract hoping Wiggins play lives up to the contract and a pick for the financial flexibility given to the GS.
GS moves off a contract and gets a young offensive weapon to pair with Curry, Green, and Kuminga. GS loses two precious 1st round picks but gain flexibility and Ingram.
Pels get something for Ingram who is walking next year. Probably not the assets they hoped for but so far there's no market for Ingram. So two bench players and a pick. Allows other players to get minutes and financial flexibility with expiring contracts, which could be used to trade for a centre during the season.
