I don't think Lavine's value is at its highest right now as it seems that he prefers to be moved. Siakam is definitely the best player in this deal, but because he is expiring I think this is fair value for every team. The Raptors could work around a deal that involves Gary Trent and salary fillers, but next year the Raptors will have major financial complications with bringing back Siakam and OG. That is why I think this is something that although is a lateral move in terms of talent in vs talent out, could be very beneficial in terms of team fit and needs.
