Why Toronto Does This:

It looks like they are going to flip Bruce Brown to a contender. They have to take on Holmes who is a negative asset, however they get O Max who is a young guy with some potential left and a future first round pick.

Why Dallas Does This:

Dallas is a nice team however could use some more good players to push them in an 7 game series. They dont give up much for this and Bruce would be a valuable asset.
