The Rockets waive KPJ once the NBA investigation is finished. I don't think a trade is going to happen.

The Rockets finish the roster off by signing Lamar Stevens and Terence Davis as Free Agents.

Lamar adds more wing depth, his defensive mindset will fit Udoka's style of coaching, and help mentor the youth.

Terence Davis adds some cheap shooting depth to help with spacing, as majority of the roster are athletic players who are explosive but also that lack outside shooting.

They trade for Josh Green as he is a great catch and shoot player that will fit in multiple lineups. He's young and will only keep getting better.

The Mavericks may not do this, but it depends on what role they want to play him, he may be the starting 3 (in which case they don't do this) or he could be buried in the SG role behind Seth Curry and Kyrie Irving. If it's the later, they could look to swap him for Tate who they do have interest in , who is a more traditional forwards.
