Trade Tate and 3srps for Josh Green. Tate probably loses his playing minutes due to a log jam at the 3, Josh Green is a great catch and shoot player, is a great defender and would fill the role KPJ is leaving as 6th man (backup 2). He adds shooting to a bench that really needs it.

Waive KPJ as no team is trading for him given everything that is happening with him, and the NBA is about to make an example of him. He's never playing in the NBA ever again, the Rockets are just publicly saying they want to trade him to try and distance themselves from him.
