A 2-way player is a player who is great on the both sides of the court. To be considered a top 10 two-way player obviously you have to be great offensively and defensively, but the gap between your offense and defense must be tiny: players like Jokic or Rudy Gobert can’t make it to the list. Injured players can’t make the list too. 65 GP minimum ( Season + Playoffs )

Number 9 : Scottie Barnes
The Elite Rim protection et defense versatility combine with a Point Forward offensive engine. He can guard every one, protect the rim, handle the ball, make the run, play bully ball and score. You can’t hate on his play style
Number 8 : Chet Holmgren
Was a unicorn before he met Wemby. Still one of the greatest rim protectors in the NBA. Offensively he was a shooter ( not anymore, he is traumatized after this Conf. Final ) and great player-maker and finisher. He has the potential to be top 3 but no.
Number 7 : Jalen Duren
Elite Rebounding, physical defender… Hyper-Efficient Paint scorer. He is not that modern 7’3 soft unicorn, Nah he is that 6’10 physical center.
Number 6 : Jarret Allen
Again a big, but yeah it’s easier to be a 2 way player when you’re a Center, especially when you’re an elite rim protectors like Jarret Allen. Don’t underestimate his offense, he is obviously absurdly efficient a Pick and Roll threat but also a great playermaker
Number 5 : Amen Thompson
Might be not as impressive as his brother defensively but he is clearly better offensively, making him a perfect two way player. You have to be a great two way player when you are athletic like that.
Number 4 : Evan Mobley
If Chet is the Shot-Blocking unicorn and Jarret Allen is a traditional paint wall, well Evan Mobley is both. Offensively he might be a bit off but still great
Number 3 : Bam Adebayo
Mister 83, mister 7/22 from 3. Everyone knows that Bam is one of the greatest defenders in the league. But recently we discovered that he is a better scorer ( no ). But seriously it shows us that he got great offensive skills in his bag. That’s not glaze he really move like a guard.
Number 2 : Derrick White
He is an absolutely nightmare at the point of attack. This man will not give an inch of space with shooter he is also one of the greatest shot blocker among the guard. Offensively he is a secondary ball handler with a real three point threat. Mister underrated right there

Number 1 : The Alien
… 7 foot 5, 8 foot wingspan, it’s not a man- he is the Alien. A sci-fi horror monster dropped onto the court and he is there to destroy everything.
On defense, he is a cosmic terror. You can see the panic in the shooter’s eyes ready to take the lay up while nobody is there to contest the shot. Wemby stands at the three point line, yet in a single, impossible stride, the ball is on the Alien’s hand. He don’t just block shot, he traumatized the offense, making them forget how to score. He is on a mission and he already ended his first rival’s career.
On offense, he doesn’t move like a traditional big, he moves like an Alien, if you don’t know an alien move, it’s like an 8 foot curry. Pulling unguarded step-back three, taking somehow a shot from half court, down 3 in an overtime play Playoff game.
The Alien has arrived and he’ll be even better.
