This is the most important offseason for the spurs in quite some time. They need to make some moves that’ll put them in a better position since they’re essentially in nba purgatory. They can’t afford to sit around and do nothing since that is what got them in their current predicament in the first place. By bringing in a star and #1 scoring threat (LaVine), a big who fits well and is a lob threat from Dejounte (Ayton), and trading up to secure much needed big depth (Duren at 9 and Sochan at 15), the Spurs should be in good shape again. A starting five of Dejounte, LaVine, Keldon, Sochan, and Ayton would be deadly, especially with young up and comers like Primo, Vassell, and Duren coming off the bench.
