I'll list why I believe each team could say yes, and my feelings around it.
Pacers: Sabonis is their guy. He isn't a 4 in the modern NBA. Turner hasn't progressed at all, essentially the same player in his 2nd season as he is now. They'd hive him up for a modern NBA 4 that fits next to Sabonis, 20PPG scorer.
Cavaliers: This is the sticking point, I struggled to find a team that can take on Horfords contract while giving something useful back to the 76ers. I'm sure there is some combination of assets that would make them say yes. In the trade I have 2 high second rounders but that seems on the light side. Perhaps a FRP would be needed as I couldn't find any prospects that would fit with the Cavs log jam at Guard.
76ers: If they are looking to retool, and I believe they should be. I don't think for one second that Embiid or Simmons would (or should) be available. The 76ers have continually traded/lost 3pt shooting. They need lights out shooting from the 3 guys on the floor with Embiid and Simmons at all times. I'm not thrilled with how love matches up at the 4 every night but in my head he'd come into the same role Horford was supposed to. Ultimately Horford feels like a disaster and if I'm the 76ers I'm trying to move on as fast as possible.
76ers lack legit bench options and moving Harris on for 3 good bench options that space the floor in order to help spacing for their superstars makes sense to me. They also gain good veteran leadership with plenty of experience.
Finally, this would give the 76ers a year to run with this lineup before Gay/Mills/McDermott's contracts expire (34.5M) which would give them a run at a premier free agent if they wish.
Spurs: Hurts to see Mills and Gay leave as they are both legit players and great leaders but ultimately they are 6-9 depth options that will help a team make a playoff run, Spurs need to be looking to the future and Turner gives them a shot-blocking bigman that can space the floor. Also a ne
