Sochan on the move after falling out of Spurs rotation

SUCCESS

Spurs need a nasty rebounder and more stretch players. The Bucks need a change and younger talent.

Bucks: Sochan is a proven player, but still a raw prospect. He needs minutes and stability. The Bucks desperate roster situation lends itself to a little shakeup. Portis' age and Prince's lack of use may be reasons for the Bucks to start looking at other assets. With Sochan on the final year of his deal, it is likely the Bucks would want him to sign at least a 2 year extension before making this trade, but if he agrees, I see no reason the Bucks don't do this.

Spurs: Portis is a proven rebounder and stretch 4. Prince is a known 3 and D player in the league needing minutes. Harris is just there for salary filler and would likely be waived. Consider the Spurs injury woes and need for reliable stretch shooting, these two players would be serious upgrades. Major concern would be impact on locker room dynamics. Will Portis and Prince fit in? Would they buy into the Spurs system. Imagine for a moment Portis playing with Wemby or Kornet? By all measures he's Harrison Barnes with better rebounding.
