Hornets: They trade a good amount of draft capital to get Sabonis, but not back breaking. The 2026 draft is strong, but their pick may not be that strong due to winning and swap rights from other teams. The Miami pick could be really good if it doesn't convey in 2027 and then becomes unprotected. The last is lottery protected. They also get out of Grants contract while picking up a young Sochan that I believe will thrive in Charlotte. Carter is young too and can still become good.

Spurs: They get shooting that they desperately need.

Kings get a draft haul and some cap relief.
