Spurs spend 1 first (Atlanta 2025) on Kessler, 1 first to get off Collins' contract (Spurs 2027) and one swap on Clarkson (better of Boston/San Antonio 2028). Clarkson will add much needed scoring off the bench and is basically the only NBA player from the San Antonio area, so that's a nice plus. Kessler should be able to play well with either Sochan or Wemby, so that is a nice 3 man big rotation.
