Spurs

The spurs receive TM3 which will greatly improve their roster and help push for a championship. While they are giving up some young assets TM3 might be able to stay at the spurs long term and if the spurs can fill in a few more spots with good drafting we may be able to see the first team in a long time to win multiple championships in a row.

Pelicans

The pelicans give up an amazing player but in return get young players and a few picks which could help them get on the road to a rebuild around young guys like Fears.
